Number 2.

Beethoven's Fifth Symphony is a really good way to distract myself from stressful AP U.S. History and Chemistry homework.  It is nine pages and four movements of challenging music.  The rythm is sometimes hard to follow, and I miss many a note when playing it up to tempo.  The piece is in three or four different keys, and I have to pay attention or I am liable to play the wrong notes.  I cannot think of anything besides the beat when I am playing, which is exactly why I play.  Try it sometime.  ;)

Me, playing Beethoven.  Can you say 'concentration?'

As always,
Jules, the High School Nomad
